How to report a marriage fraud to USCIS

Your ex-spouse will need to prove that he/she entered into marriage with you in a good faith. So your agenda is (guess what?) to prove that you spouse has entered into marriage with you for a sole purpose of getting a green card!

You are not allowed to be a witness or participate at I-751 Waiver removal interview of your spouse. However you DO have a right to report a marriage fraud to USCIS and to submit all necessary evidences to ruin your spouse’s immigration case.

Remember: if USCIS officers will think that case is suspicious, I-751 will be denied and case will be send to an immigration court for deportation! It’s a BIG WIN!

Immigration lawyer will offer you to help with a letter (for $1,500-2,000). Send them to hell, you can write this letter on your own.

I will give your all necessary steps how to report your sham spouse to USCIS.

1. Write an Affidavit of Witness (get a template from internet). This is your written testimony. You should say that you “swear and affirm” all your facts (btw, you’re responsible for what you’re saying and you can be punish for false information). Try to put as many relevant facts as possible, use exact dates and people’s names. All your facts have to prove only one thing: your spouse didn’t enter into a marriage for a family matter, all his/her interest was a green card. Then go to Notary Public ($1-2, or free of charge at your local bank) and notarize your signature. Make several copies.

2. Print and attach as many evidences as possible: other people’s testimonies (also notarized), pictures, text messages, emails, screenshots – everything that can be helpful!

3. Attach your evidences to your testimony and mail it via Certified Mail to main USCIS address (ATTN: Fraud Investigation): P.O. Box 648003, Lee’s Summit, MO 64002. Also mail a copy to your local USCIS office (the one that you and your spouse went to have an interview).

4. Go to USCIS InfoPass website and schedule an appointment with an immigration officer. Come to the officer, ask for a private room for conversation and present all documentation in person.

Oki-doki. We are all set! When your spouse will come for I-751 Waiver interview all your evidences will be used against him/her.
