About

I guess you want to hear my story.

My marriage was extremely short. I knew this girl for a several years, and I really liked her. But she was in love (or just using for money) an old and ugly sugar-daddy, who was twice older than her. The only thing he couldn’t provide her was a GREEN CARD, because he was married. That’s why she fooled me around and dragged me into a marriage with her. As soon as she got her green card, she didn’t need me anymore. I left her after I discovered that she was cheating on me and she filed for an abuse using false accusations.

  1. Hello!wondering if you signed the I-864, and were defrauded by your spouse? We are filing a lawsuit against USCIS, as a mass claim. Not only were we defrauded by the immigrant, but also USCIS. The I-864 fails to disclose many facts: The I-864 is limitless. If an immigrant goes on public assistance and has cancer, uses $4 million dollars worth of services, that falls back on the sponsor. The I-864 is indefinite. If an immigrant stops working prior to the 40 quarters earned with social security, the sponsor is liable, potentially forever.

If interested it is specifically in relation to the I-864, which we would like declared null and void (subsequently declaring the original green card application incomplete and void), please contact me! j_anlauf at hotmail

  2. Hi! Thank you for giving me some insights and i do have a question though, why is it better to file for divorce than annulment?
Isn’t it better if infiled annulment since he really conned me to a marriage fraud?

We have no kids and we’ve only been married 2 yrs and 4 months. He has uis temporary greencard that will expire next yr around August. This man left me right away after he got his temporary greencard for almost 7 yrs then let his cousin live with us. Then accuses me that i cheated .

I also discovered he used false documents and he used a fake ID when he came to the states.

I do hope to hear from you.

Someone also said that I can report or write a letter to my local congressman abt my marriage fraud.

    1. Hello! Yes, annulment is better, but it would be 2-3-4 times much more expensive (don’t forget about divorce lawyers and their insane rates).
I also tried to get in touch with “local congressman”, but they sent me straight to USCIS.

  3. I have a question my husband used me for his 10 year green card. As soon as he came to this country. He lived with me for 2 months and left right after receiving his green card. I filed numerous complaints and no one never got back to me. I filed for a divorce last year I send copies of everything to them along with pictures of my door that he broke. I found out early this morning that he became a us citizen. I need to know how do I go about reporting him for obtaining his citizenship in a fraudulent way. I have reported him for fraud in the past via email and mail, nothing has worked out for me. Anyone with an advice or suggestions please email me at: Marielouisjeune561@gmail.cok
