Marriage fraud is not something that ICE is taking care of. You should report your marriage fraud to USCIS.
However, immigration fraud IS something that ICE is taking care of. So a main point here is – the way you’re going to report your ex-spouse to ICE should be different from USCIS.
ICE doesn’t care whether your spouse was cheating on you or abusing you verbally. However they DO care about illegal activities that your spouse was involved into and how he/she was breaking the U.S. law while being an illegal immigrant.
Should you report your spouse to ICE? Definitely yes! But you should do it in a proper manner. Because if it’s something irrelevant, ICE will just ignore it. However, if you make ICE interested in your report, they will start an investigation.
So, I assume you should report your spouse to USCIS first. After you’ve done everything right it’s time to try your luck with ICE.
Before calling or sending a letter to ICE, make sure that your statement looks perfect.
Things that could be relevant are: prostitution, drug selling, breaking F1 law (working on a student visa), hiding money from taxes (working for cash), money laundering, and of course, immigration fraud.
You can call ICE at (866) 347-2423 and provide them with your spouse Alien Number, fill out the form on their website or send them a letter via Certified Mail. Don’t send it anonymously, make sure you enclose your contact information.

I read your articles. Very good. A lot of information. My story is a little different with you.
I met my spouse on the internet around Oct 2014, then I submitted EB-1A for green card on Nov 2014, My EB-1A was approved on March 2015. And we are married on March 30 2015 and, after five days, he followed me to submit his 485 form and got his green card approved on Feb 2016. After we got married, he refused me to visit him, refused me to move his place, refused to have sex with me, refuse to buy ring band, refused to see each others’ parents. Three months after his green card approved, he wanted to divorce with me and submitted complaint for divorce. In the complaint for divorce, he wrote he separated with me on March 30 2015(same day as we got married) and thought this separation is permanent. During the entire green card application, he only visited me once and refused to have sex with me.

hi after 4 kids she leave me for paper and i found out iam the second victim false marriage i report her to every where no body list you have the pain baecuse you love her and all she think benefit and paper bad laywer they think about money they told them to do d.v. so they get green card so what you can do fight back to civil right let do it we can do it father right its matter life is not fair so let we stand by our right god help us

7 years ago my son was scammed into marrying his girl friend, after 7 years she now wants a divorce to marry a rich guy just like all her sisters did , They married for a green card then divorce and marry someone rich, , My son’s wife told him yesterday that she never loved him she just wanted the green card. What can be done about this.
